If you do not love it, you get your money back. No questions asked.

Tell us within 14 days of delivery at hello@truerevivalhair.com and we will refund your order in full. You do not need to send anything back, and there are no forms to fill in.

How to request a refund

Email hello@truerevivalhair.com within 14 days of your delivery date with your order number. We will confirm by email and process the refund to your original payment method.

Subscriptions

The guarantee covers your first jar on a subscription. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account, at no cost.

Damages and issues

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at hello@truerevivalhair.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.
